Brownie:

- Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking pan with baking paper. (I used a 20 cm x 20 cm baking tray).
- Melt choc spread in a microwave safe bowl and set aside for a couple of minutes to cool before adding the Greek yoghurt and mixing to combine. Be sure to let the choc spread cool a bit otherwise your yoghurt will curdle when you add it!
- In a separate bowl, sieve in your flour, protein, cocoa powder, sweetener and bi carb soda, then whisk to combine.
- Once your dry mixture is combined, add the yoghurt mixture and the almond milk and mix to create your brownie batter.
- Pour half the mixture into your brownie tray and top with Biscoff and Marshmallow Fluff, pour remaining batter on top then place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When you remove them, you’ll want them to be slightly undercooked as they’ll continue to cook in the pan while they’re cooling.
- Slice into 12 and smash 8 of them down before you’ve even realised what has happened because you have no self control with brownies.
