Churros:
Dusting
- Sift flour, casein and whey into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add Greek yoghurt and stir to create your dough. (You MIGHT need a splash of almond milk here depending on your chosen brand of protein)
- Once your dough is formed, place into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
- Squeeze out dough into as many churros as you like (I made 6 total), then place in your air fryer for 8-10 minutes on 180C.
- While your churros are cooking, add your dusting ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Once churros are cooked, remove from air fryer, dump in dusting and roll around, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
- Inhale every last one of them like it’s your final meal.
