Protein Churros

Ingredients checklist
  1. Sift flour, casein and whey into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add Greek yoghurt and stir to create your dough. (You MIGHT need a splash of almond milk here depending on your chosen brand of protein)
  3. Once your dough is formed, place into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  4. Squeeze out dough into as many churros as you like (I made 6 total), then place in your air fryer for 8-10 minutes on 180C.
  5. While your churros are cooking, add your dusting ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  6. Once churros are cooked, remove from air fryer, dump in dusting and roll around, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
  7. Inhale every last one of them like it’s your final meal.
