Golden Oreo Blondies

Ingredients checklist
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking pan with baking paper. (I used an 8x8 inch baking tray).
  2. In a separate bowl, sieve in your flour, protein, powdered PB, sweetener and bi carb soda, then whisk to combine.
  3. Once your dry mixture is combined, add the yoghurt, biscoff and the almond milk and mix to create your brownie batter, then pour half your batter in before adding your Oreos then topping with remaining batter.
  4. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When you remove them, you’ll want them to be slightly undercooked as they’ll continue to cook in the pan while they’re cooling.
  5. Slice into 12 and smash 8 of them down before you’ve even realised what has happened because you have no self control with blondies.
