Ingredients checklist
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a baking pan with baking paper. (I used a 20 cm x 20 cm baking tray).
  2. In a mixing bowl, sieve in your flour, protein, cocoa powder, sweetener and baking soda, then whisk to combine.
  3. Once your dry mixture is combined, add the yoghurt, melted chocolate and the almond milk and mix to create your brownie batter. Pour half the mixture into your pan, add the Oreos and put the rest of the mixture on top.
  4. Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes. When you remove them, you’ll want them to be slightly undercooked as they’ll continue to cook in the pan while they’re cooling.
  5. Slice into 12 and smash 8 of them down before you’ve even realised what has happened because you have no self control with brownies.
