- Crumble up the feta as fine as you like. I like leaving some big clumps though!
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl (large enough to add your chips to later).
- Add the feta and mix through coating and mixing everything up.
- Set aside for an hour minimum to infuse.
- Cook your chips (Get my perfect oven chips method by scrolling through my recipes!).
- Once the chips are done, immediately transfer to the mixing bowl and toss through binding the chips with the cheesey marinade.
- Remover the chips with some tongs shaking off any excess oil and serve straight away.
