Ingredients checklist
  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ and line a 20 cm x 20 cm baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Beginning with your brownie, sieve all dry ingredients into a bowl (besides Oreos) and whisk to combine.
  3. Add yoghurt and almond milk and stir to create a batter, then melt your chocolate and slowly incorporate it into your batter. Pour into the baking tray, place Oreos on top and set aside.
  4. For the blondie mixture, repeat the same procedure by sieving dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisking to combine.
  5. Add the Greek yoghurt and almond milk then stir to combine, then melt the caramelised chocolate and slowly incorporate into your batter.
  6. Pour the blondie mixture over the top of the Oreos and brownie mixture, and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove, allow to cool, take a few pictures and then literally just smash the lot down because brownies are your weakness.
