Marinade the chicken in the soy, gochujang, honey and garlic in the fridge for at least two hours.
Preheat your oven to 200℃ then add the chicken in an ovenproof dish. Spoon over the leftover marinade Nd bake for 20-30 mins depending on the size. Baste throughout.
Once the chicken is done allow to rest while you cook the noodles as per the pack and fry your egg. Once all cooked, plate up and drizzle with chilli or sesame oil.
