Icing:
- To make icing, add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and stir to combine. This will take a little bit of elbow grease! Store in the fridge once finished until you need it to stack pancakes.
- Sieve flour, protein powder, baking powder and bi carb soda into mixing bowl.
- Add almond milk and egg.
- Whisk until combined.
- Pour desired amount of mixture into pre-heated frying pan.
- Cook for a couple of minutes either side.
- Stack, layering icing in between each layer, and consume!
