Icing:
  1. To make icing, add all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and stir to combine. This will take a little bit of elbow grease! Store in the fridge once finished until you need it to stack pancakes.
  2. Sieve flour, protein powder, baking powder and bi carb soda into mixing bowl.
  3. Add almond milk and egg.
  4. Whisk until combined.
  5. Pour desired amount of mixture into pre-heated frying pan.
  6. Cook for a couple of minutes either side.
  7. Stack, layering icing in between each layer, and consume!
