Pimp up your noodles with these simple prawn wontons
Dice the spring onion and prawns into small chunks. Mix these with the rest of the ingredients and let rest in the fridge for 30 mins.
Take your Wonton wrapper ( I always cheat and get the shop ones) and fill about 3/4 of a teaspoon into the centre. Wet all 4 sides with your finger and fold over into a rectangle. Then hold it horizontally and take the top two corners, bring together and pinch. May want to also Google that technique.
Cook these in simmering water for about 2 mins. Do this in batches and don't let it boil too hard or they will split.
Plonk on top of regular noodles with a fried egg, extra prawns, pak choi and go crazy on the chili oil!
